Here's a real night, exactly as it arrives

A knitted elf in a fruit bowl of satsumas with happy, grumpy, sleepy and surprised felt-tip faces

Night 3 · for Thu 3 Dec morning

The Satsuma Gang

You need
satsumas, a washable felt tip.
Set it up
Draw faces on four satsumas: happy, grumpy, sleepy, surprised. Line them up with the elf in front like a band leader.
Toddler version
Two faces. Let them name the satsumas in the morning.
Cheeky version
One satsuma has been peeled and has a sign: "HE KNEW TOO MUCH."

Meet my new friends. Please don't eat them until tea time. Grumpy is my favourite.

Sprout

Every note is signed with your own elf's name ("Sprout" is just an example) and comes as a page you can print.

Questions

Do I need to buy any props?

No. Every setup uses things most UK homes already have: loo rolls, satsumas, a tea towel, a baking tray, odd socks. If a night needs paper, it's a note you can print or copy out by hand.

What if I join after 1 December?

You'll get every night from the day you join. Every night that's already gone out is waiting on your private page. If you buy after 6pm, tonight's setup comes with your welcome email.

Does it work with any elf?

Yes. Any elf doll or toy works, whatever it's called. Elf Tonight is independent and isn't connected with The Elf on the Shelf®.

Is it safe for little ones?

Every night has a toddler version. Nothing in a setup is hot or sharp, nothing goes on radiators or near candles, and we only use washable pens. As always, set things up where small hands can't get hurt.

Can I stop the emails?

Any time, with the link at the bottom of every email. Your private page keeps working.

Something's not right. Who do I talk to?

Email hello@elftonight.co.uk. A real person reads every message.
